Client: Upswell for Old Standard Sound
Role: Lead Developer
Old Standard Sound is an analog/digital hybrid recording studio in Portland, Oregon. The studio features top notch gear, a comfortable atmosphere and a solid producer and engineer by the name of Justin Higgins.
The site is clean, simple and most importantly effective in depicting the tone and mood that Old Standard offers. The full-bleed video backdrop provides not only subtle ambiance to the site but also gives visitors a sense of what to expect when tracking or mixing at Old Standard. I worked with Upswell and Octothorp Studios on this project as programmer and interaction designer.
